Running Low, Vintage Genuine Indian Nickel BUTTON COVERS 7/8" #RV-4

Genuine old nickel coins, dated from 1929 to 1938, made into button covers. The brass-tone covers open and close so you can put them over your existing, sewn-on smaller buttons, then snap the cover shut so it encloses and hides the button inside. Then remove the cover when you want. These button covers are old and smooth from age and being in circulation; the faces and dates don't show up very well. They measure 7/8" in diameter and about 5/16" thick. They will probably fit over most 7/16" buttons. $3.00 each
