Vintage silk from Japan, bingata design in deep blues, lighter blue and dark purple, on off-white/cream. Maple leaves, bamboo, chrysanthemums and other flowers, and waves over waves over waves. In pristine condition; never used. This chirimen crepe silk has a pebbly texture, a dry hand, no shine, a bit of body, no drape, and a raw-silk feel, and the quality is superb. It's a very light thin silk. We think it's a very well done true hand stenciled bingata.  100% Silk. Japan.  Stunning. Sold by the full yard, limited supply one of a kind.
