SIX Indian Nickel BUTTON COVERS, 7/8", Vintage? #RV-4
Found recently after an unknown length of time hidden, the history of these button covers is a mystery. We think they were made before 1970. They are genuine old nickel coins, dated from 1929 to 1938, and are in good condition. They are in the stapled and year-labeled plastic bags they were found in; six button covers of the same coin-date per bag. Maybe they were ready to be sold to a store, or to be sold by mail order or a flea market? The brass-tone covers have tiny Native American images of animals, or arrows, on the outside and a different tiny image inside. $25.00 per bag of 6.
