Lightweight, smooth and soft 100% Silk probably meant for a kimono lining, it is 14" wide, sleek and soft. It's never been opened, including by us, but from what we can tell it's supple with some drape, not stiff. Labels read 100% Silk, 4250mm which is 4.6 yards, price 12000 yen which is almost $80.00. It looks to be new and in pristine condition. It's 'sewn' with fine white thread that we think is silk. Deep rust. Order "1" for the piece which weighs 4.5 ounces and measures about 14.5" x 4" x 3/8", tied. Beautiful fringe and gold thread on the end. 100% Silk. Japan. Order "1" for the still tied bolt.
