Lunar Graphite, Near-Black Mirror Crescent Button 11/16" / 17mm Shank Back, JHB Germany # FJ-81

These are only one color, dark graphite, of a sleek reflective material. Difficult to capture with a camera, because they are so reflective, these unique buttons are like almost black mirrors with a round 'thumbprint' on one side, creating the higher crescent. They must be some type of metal or hematite - but how would they have added the shank to hematite; it's all one piece. hmmm... They're very dark, sleek, heavy (.1 ounces each) and shiny. They're definitely not plastic or wood.  We do know they were made in Germany some years (?) back, by JHB Buttons, never-used.  Prepare to be surprised and probably enchanted. Shank opening is 2mm.  $1.90 each, Limited Supply.
