Dark espresso brown, dyed Mother of Pearl Shell with high sheen. Real shell, not plastic - some curve up at the edges a bit and they do have lovely natural shell "imperfect" features. The color is darkest brownish, almost black with hints of blackish burgundy. Sleek, smooth and shiny. Backs are mottled browns and reds, shown in the last 2 photos. They are high-end, strong for shell and may outlast the garment you put them on. 1-3/8" diameter. 35mm/55L or slightly larger.

These should be carefully hand washed and not dry cleaned.
