Small shank back Southwest button. Fluted, German Silver button with a faux turquoise 'stone' in the center. Antique silver finish with almost no shine and rustic handmade old-looking charm.  There is some variance button to button, and some of the stones aren't perfectly centered as you can see.  The shank opening is about 2.25mm, and the depth of the button including shank is about 3/8."  Sold per button. USA. 

Repousse refers to the metalworking technique in which the metal is shaped by hammering from the reverse side to create the design in relief on the front.
