Shadow Bloom, Dark Gray / Black Ikat, Vintage Kimono Silk from Japan by the Yard #143

Orange and red chrysanthemums hiding in black shadows with bits of green and turquoise. Mostly dark gray and blue so dark it is almost black. Thin, mid-weight kimono silk with lots of texture and and body, this complex ikat is the same on both sides. It's very soft, probably raw silk handwoven Tsumugi. No shine or drape. Sold by the full yard, we'll cut yours from the excellent condition, never used vintage bolt. 14" wide. 100% silk.  Japan.
