Off-white background woven with lighter and darker grays and red woven with off-white, so it appears pink. Iris, maple leaves, many other flowers everywhere. An authentic Oshima Tsumugi, this ikat is lightweight, thin, soft and crisp, with a very smooth surface. These Oshima silks are beloved in Japan for feeling luxuriously soft to wear and for lasting for generations. Both sides are just the same. 14" wide, in beautiful condition, sold by the full yard. (So, If you order more than 1 yard, yours will be cut in one long piece from the never-used bolt). 100% Silk. Japan.
