Peaches and Cream Blossoms Textured Vintage Complex Ikat Kimono Silk from Japan # 266

Peachy pink pastel orange, plus cream and darker tones of peach, with the design alll done in the weave. Ombre background, slightly blurred flowers and swirly tendrils; it's all true ikat. Lots of slubs and texture. Cottony-soft, almost flannelly-fluffy, mid-weight raw silk.  It's the same on both sides. It has a bit of body, a matte finish and very little drape. Seems quite old but is in excellent condition. 14" wide and sold by the full yard; we'll cut yours in one piece from the never-used, vintage bolt.  100% Silk Tsumugi. Japan.
