Lightweight, soft and supple yarn-dyed silk stripe. The wide stripes are black, but woven with just enough fine indigo threads to sometimes, depending on the light, look blue-black. Fine and soft, with a bit of drape and no body, with soft black slubs and a bit of sheen, this never-used vintage Japanese silk is in excellent condition. It's like a semi-slubby, lightweight satin. 14" wide and sold by the full yard; we'll cut yours in one piece from the bolt. 100% Silk, most likely one of a kind. Japan.
