1-1/4" diameter or slightly less, faux turquoise center, made by hand in Colorado from nickel silver. Slightly domed, satin-buff finish with hint of sheen. Shank back with loop opening around 2.25mm. Turquoise stones may not be perfectly round adding to the hand made charm; no two will exactly match. We have this same button with Chicago Screw Back, see # SW-219
