Dark Green/Red Print Vintage Kimono Silk By the Yard #278 Serene Forest

Slubby and soft, with layered, very dark, complex forest art in rich, muddy browns, olives, greens and grays, with pops of deep red.  We're guessing it was handwoven using raw silk dyed with mud and plant dyes.  Mid-lightweight silk, slubby and a bit rustic in the weaving. Not crisp, it has a flannel-like feel and will be heaven to wear. The darker side is intended as the front but both sides are shown; we're also in love with the lighter, back side.  14" wide and sold by the full yard; we'll cut yours in one piece from the perfect condition, vintage kimono bolt.  100% Silk.
