Remnant, 14" x 53" Piece, Wandering Wabi Sabi Dots Vintage Kimono WOOL Print from Japan #333

This wool is deep indigo blue with black, orange, gray, and green plus the blackened versions of each. Seven rows of 1-1/2" half-circles inside narrow orange racetracks, which slip down and up a bit, not matching the other. It's thin, with body, no shine, and some wooly/scratchy texture. The back is a little lighter; it's an ikat-inspired print, most likely 100% wool. The orange is a little brighter, less muddy than some of the photos. But not truly bright because of the black in the weave.  14" wide, 53" long, in perfect condition. This is the last of this fabric, from the vintage, never used bolt.   Japan.
