Green Tea/Ochre/Mustard, plus black and a darker ochre-mustard color, in a dynamic, stunning ikat from Japan. This auspicious design is sometimes called Shokko. This silk is thin, mid-weight, soft and smooth but not slubby, flowy, supple or drapey. It has a hint of shine and lustre from the very fine silk fibers. Both sides are just the same and the register of the pre-dyed silk is exacting and beautiful. It's nearly perfectly aligned and the pattern is complex. 14" wide, 100% silk from Japan, in prisstine condition. Sold by the full yard and we'll cut yours in one long piece from the never-used, vintage bolt.
