SALE, Dark Navy/Indigo Kimono Wool/Silk from Japan By the Yard #782

80% Wool, 25% Silk, 5% Nylon, mid-weight, with body, quite a bit heavier than most kimono fabric, more like a light coat weight. It's thin, smooth and very tightly woven. The weave on the front side looks much like denim, with lighter blue threads peeking through the dark ones. The back is solid dark blue, also much more like silk or even soft, high thread count, supple, thick silk/cotton. The smooth hand, quality of the weave and lack of shine says it's probably a high end fabric.  14" wide, in perfect condition, never used, vintage. Cut and sold by the full yard; we'll cut yours in one piece from the never used bolt. Seems fairly new, not vintage. No stretch. Japan.
