Very soft hand, like fine silk shirting, in gold, black and red-orange silk. This ikat is lightweight, thin, smooth and a bit crisp, with a hint of shine, lots of lustre, and a little body.  A true ikat, complex and skillfully executed, it's the same on both sides. This vintage kimono silk is in perfect condition and was cut from the vintage, never used bolt.  100%  Silk, Japan.
