Orange poppies with teal and fine black outlining, on light grayish flax background.  This pure linen from Japan is supple, soft, drapey, smooth and fairly light, not at all stiff, thick or coarse. It's almost as soft and light as cotton voile, and the print is perfectly executed.  From Hokkoh Japan, beautiful, high end linen for warm-weather garments of all types, windows, quilting, etc.   Gorgeous!

Always pre-treat before you sew then treat the garment the same way.

Cool wash by machine on gentle cycle, with mild detergent, or by hand. Hang to dry or machine dry low heat. Remove from dryer while still a bit damp and lie flat to finish drying. Warm to hot iron if needed. Expect some shrinkage. No bleach, no hot water.
