Re-Stocked, Dark Copper/Black 9/16" /14mm Glass Starflower Button, Germany, Shank Back #967

Stunning, dark and sparkly European glass with dimensional, intricate flower design with beautiful cut-in detailing. Front is gleaming, true copper glass, with the copper shadows in the recesses appearing almost black.  High shine, lots of tiny sparkly surfaces, and deep reddish copper color, strong and dark.  Back is black glass and self-shank with an opening of around 1.5mm. So the button is all one piece. In most lights it reads as quite dark with lots of shiny black.  Stamped La Mode and possibly vintage, they were made in Germany.
