Vintage silk from a former life as a kimono, full of subtle bamboo leaves, all done in the weave and showing up as more matte or shiny than the rest of the silk, depending on the angle of light. Soft, drapey, lightweight, supple and flowy, a simple but gorgeous silk that has an older-than-vintage vibe but we don't know its age for sure. The jacquard leaves show up on both sides, of course; in 'glisten reverse' from the other side. Very good condition. 100% Silk.  Japan.
