Indigo with Wild Squiggles Chirimen Crepe Kimono Silk 9" x 49" #4213

Dark indigo is nearly black, and the silk is flowy and soft. Graceful, skinny squiggles in red and gold, plus some thicker white ones, but fewer. No sharp lines; all the squiggles gracefully curve and are never straight. Supple, soft and drapey silk with a light crepe texture, a dry hand and no shine.  It was once part of a kimono and is in perfect condition. Japan.
