Blue Summer Diamonds, Textured Kimono Fabric, Vintage Rayon Blend from Japan By the Yard #135

Two or three blues, and black, in a geometric print that in Japan would have been made into a kimono for summer: thin, light, airy, loosely woven, crisp, bouncy, slightly sheer.... with a texture much like seersucker. It's 50% Rayon, 20 Poly, 20 Nylon and 10% Cotton. The back looks and feels just the same. It's not as soft as typical yukata, and when we've machine washed and dried similar fabrics they soften and the texture remains, which may happen with this one. 14" wide and sold by the full yard. We'll cut yours in one piece from the never used, perfect condition, vintage bolt. Japan.
