Sparrow button is 1-1/8" diameter and almost 1/8" thick, on white, semi-shiny porcelain.  Created by hand by porcelain artisan Kate Holliday, in her London ceramics studio. 

Hand or machine wash, gentle, turn garment inside out and use a washing bag or pillow case.
