Predominantly dark turquoise/teal, with tipsy, changing stripes in golden yellow and magenta. Kota Doria is a fabric that's been woven and hand-dyed for centuries in India, often for summer saris and shawls; it's more air than fabric, light as a feather. One layer is almost invisible; just a blue mirage. The more layers, as on the mannequin, the brighter the colors.  It's as sheer as chiffon but the weave is a bit different as you can see; there's a window-pane-like grid in the fine silk weave.  It's not liquid drape; more of a dry hand with a teeny bit of crispness and body. We're guessing/assuming 100% Silk - it's so thin and light, and weighs less than an ounce (.8 to be exact) per 40" wide yard. Limited supply one of a kind, artisan fabric; the design flows and changes throughout so there are no two areas that will match exactly.  Hand wash in cool water, don't soak for too long, air dry.

40" wide and sold by the full yard. Your piece will be continuous. India.
