Very dimensional, sculptural, dark blueish green Art Stone button from Susan Clarke Originals.  Woman flying with dragonfly, while she plays the lute. 1-15/16" - some almost 2" diameter and almost 1/2" thick including the shank back. Wonderful sheen and detail in this artisan-created button. USA. 

Art Stone is similar to porcelain, and requires similar care. No dryer heat. Turn clothes inside out and use delicate wash, or remove the button.
