Fans, bonsai, maple leaves, bridges, plum blossoms, symbols of peace and happiness, architecture, multi-colored bingata hand stenciled flowers, kumihimo braided silk cords, and more. Tomato Red, Cream, and many other colors, probably all from plant and mineral dyes from Okinawa, where many beautiful bingata silks were produced decades ago. The chirimen crepe texture is drapey and pebbled with a dry hand and no shine. These vintage silk pieces were once part of a kimono, and are in perfect condition. Japan.
