Silvery blue, charcoal, white and other colors of chrysanthemums, hints of purple, turquoise, muted red, blueberry and metallic gold highlights. This silk is probably a Tango Chirimen: it's a crepe weave but more soft, luxurious and smooth than most chirimen, very finely woven of the best quality silk with a beautiful print. It's lightweight and supple, with medium drape, no shine, and a slightly dry hand. It is in beautiful condition from its former life as a kimono. 100% silk from Japan.
