The base silk is thousands of small speckles, like gleaming raindrops. The color is a stunning burnt mauve/natural clay/gray putty. On top of the clay color are water plants, leaves and swirling currents.  Lightweight, soft, with a bit of body and spots of shine from the jacquard flecks. The back is much more satiny; quite shiny, with the flecks but without the water plants. 100% Silk. 14" wide, sold by the full yard. We'll cut yours in one piece from the vintage, never used, excellent condition bolt. Japan.
