Dark raisin with streaks of black, off-white and rose creating skinny stripes that are slightly thicker than the base silk. This silk is thin, lightweight, and supple, with quite a bit of black in the weave so it reads as dark. It has a slight sheen, a bit of drape and a bit of body. We think it was hand dyed and hand woven. It's in excellent condition and has been carefully stored over the years. Nuanced, strong and dark, this silk is exceptional.
