Brown/Olive/Copper Silk Gradation Tsumugi Bokashi Silk PER HALF YARD
Vintage Tsumugi Silk with olive, brick, cream, silver, coral, indigo, gold, copper...many tones blending with the richest brown. It's a heavier, slightly slubby, slightly stiff, very strong pure silk from the bolt. It has a bit of glisten. Many of the blurry tones run somewhat diagonally. Stunning. 14" wide. Perfect condition, never used kimono fabric from Japan, cut from the bolt. We'll cut yours in one continuous piece. True ikat and both sides are the same.
Bokashi: In Japanese weaving, it refers to colors blending, fogging, blurring, gradation.
Sold by the half yard; minimum one half yard. So if you want 1.5 yards, add "3" to your cart, for instance.
(The new special price, $10 per half yard, is equivalent to $20.00 per yard.)
