Navy/Indigo color background and white leaves; no flowers but several types of foliage in clusters. No other colors; a simple and graceful nature print. Chirimen crepe is lightweight, drapey, flowy, with a dry hand and no shine. The crepe texture is in subtle rivulets, a bit pebbly but not as much as some chirimen. This silk used to be part of a kimono in Japan, recently disassembled into pieces for you. It's in perfect condition. The back shows some of the white areas coming through but not in such detail or brightness as the front. 100% Silk. Japan.
