Coral/Peach Chirimen Crepe 'Bingata' Vintage Kimono Silk By the Yard # 168

Liquid-drape silk crepe is the perfect coral-peach, hint-of-pink color. Village scenery, lots of interesting architecture, mountains, forests, streams and bridges, gardens and flowers, all in intricate detail.  Liquid drape, supple, flowy, lightweight silk with a pebbly 'rivulets' texture, dry hand and no shine at all. The coral is clean and clear, not at all muddy, not bright orange or bright pink. The whites are true white and there are many purples and blue/green/purple blends. The back is mostly white; the print barely shows. It's hard for us to tell if it's a true, hand stenciled bingata or a gorgeous print that looks SO much like true bingata. Vintage kimono silk in mint/pristine condition from the carefully stored, never used bolt. 14" wide. Sold by the full yard, and we'll cut yours in one piece. 100% Silk. Japan.
