Blue-Gray Shibori Crinkled Stripes Vintage Japanese Kimono Cotton 9" x 59" #6113

Unique! True shibori or a similar process, with crinkles and zig-zags creating dimensional stripes. The lightweight white yukata cotton base fabric was 14" wide originally before the shibori. Very textured and a bit crispy, we are told it's pre-1970's. There are a few small, minor spots as you can see in the photos.  These pieces are approximately 9" x 59" relaxed/unstretched, and in some portions like near the ends, less crinkly, so those areas would be a bit wider.  (If you need perfect this isn't for you.)
