Four round holes about 2mm in size are recessed in a square 'box'. Smooth, silky, velvety, not super shiny Corozo (aka Tagua) button. About 1/8" thick with no sharp edges. The back is flatter - no box for the holes. As durable as plastic but much nicer natural quality. As with most corozo buttons it's light in weight but strong, washable/dryable. Panama. Sold per button.
