Turquoise/Magenta Shot Stripes Cotton By the Yard. #CHL-029

Lengthwise, thick and thin yarn-dyed, variegated "stripes" streak through 100% lightweight cotton for apparel, quilts, home dec. Jewel tones of turquoise, purple, pink, magenta, aqua - with a subtle black weft and rustic beauty that India weavers do so well. This cotton is very soft, a bit slubby, with natural weaving variance.  It's the same front and back, about quilting cotton weight. The weavers call it an abstract ikat. When washed, it tightens a bit and softens even more. For quilting, shirts, tops, dresses, tunics, shorts, pants, vests, bedding, tables.  Handwash separately cold, no bleach, line dry, cool iron. (We've had good luck machine washing  and drying cool or warm).  If purples or turquoise are good for you, you'll love wearing this soft, cool cotton. A joy to sew, too.
