SALE Red-Brown Silk "Seersucker" Vintage Kimono Fabric By The Yard #374 Bokashi?
The narrow stripes are ribbed and puckered similar to seersucker. Bands of color change and blend - many shades of dark red, dusty magenta, burgundy, plummy raisin, and browns - all muted and soft. In some lights, a bit of matte copper. There are subtle lines nested into some of the stripes that look hand-stitched. This silk may be a hand-brush-dyed bokashi; the blends are stunning. Lightweight, drapey silk, flowy, supple, textured and soft, with no shine and a bit of body. The back does have some glisten, and is smoother, in the same colors. 14" wide and sold by the full yard, and we'll cut yours in one piece from the vintage, never used bolt. 100% silk. Japan. Drop dead gorgeous!
