Perhaps the most drapey fabric ever, this sueded silk charmeuse is not typical satin; the front is sueded so that the drape remains but the intense shine of charmeuse is gone. The front, sueded side is extremely lustrous, but not shiny. Very supple, lustrous, flowy, mid-lightweight, luxurious, heavenly 100% silk. 19mm. The drape and the way this silk looks and feels on your skin is beyond description. 

Dry cleaning is recommended to preserve lustre, texture and color. For our former Santa Fe Fabrics customers, YES this is the same beloved, sueded silk charmeuse that we carried. Let us know if you'd like a swatch.
