REMNANT Bright Red Stripe, Vintage Kimono Silk from Japan 14" X 24" PIECE #518
True red, brown, light gray, and mixes of those, in this vibrant soft yarn-dyed silk stripe. It was handwoven and has some rustic slubs, is the same on both sides, slightly heavier than most kimono silk, but still thin and light. It's not at all shiny - it has a soft hand-feel, and body. It's slightly crisp; no drape at all.
This is the last of this one of a kind, 100% silk bolt from Japan; it's a small piece 14" wide and 24" long.
