Red Fig Tipsy Stripes Kimono Silk, True Handwoven Tsumugi from Japan By the Yard #522

Brownish pinkish red, with stripes in tones as light as ivory and cream. All done in the weave, even the undulating stripes. Each stripe is different, and the beautiful label reads Tsumugi. It's thin and light, handwoven, with a little body and basically no drape or sheen. Both sides are the same.  It's in pristine condition and we think it may be fairly new. The portion with label and fringe sold to the first buyer, but the photo is here for your reference.  14" wide. Sold per full yard and we'll cut yours in a continuous piece from the bolt. 100% Silk.
