Nine Peacocks Silk Obi, Ornate Embroidery, Japan #772

Heavy, ornate obi sash with peacocks facing left then right then left again, in vibrant colors. Long exotic feathers, lots of glistening metallic, and fully lined in heavy black silk satin. It is in pristine, condition; perhaps never worn. It's 12" x 167". The first 102" is the peacock design, then 43" of plain black, then 22" of the peacock design. The repeat is 29" and there are 9 peacocks. The back is solid black. 100% Silk. Japan.
