SALE Block Print Cotton, Cream and Pink Floral #5050, By the Yard
Two pinks in the flowers, green leaves (brighter green than olive, despite the photos), with a cream/off-white background. This cotton is slightly heavier than voile in weight, but not as heavy as quilting cotton - it's in between. It's almost opaque; only slightly sheer and quite soft. Wonderful for all warm weather apparel, tables and accessories. Beautiful print created by hand using the traditional techniques of hand carved teak blocks, dipping each block for each color into its dye bath and hand stamping on to the fabric. Limited supply artisan-created 100% cotton from India.

Some care for their cotton block prints by hand washing in cool water separately and drying in the shade. Others have had good success machine washing and drying cool or warm, so test first and find what works for you and the particular fabric. This cotton will shrink, and will probably soften with each wash.
