Lightweight, durable, ivory/off-white little birds that have a small hole through the center. (They are not buttons). No two exactly alike; vintage, hand-carved from bone, some with deeper carving and more detail as you can see. They have the carved detail on both sides so they can face left or right. 1" long and about 1/4" across the belly. Age, type of bone and country of origin unknown.
